Liz attended North Beaver Township High School (Mt Jackson, PA.) and graduated in 1956. She attended Youngstown State University Secretarial School in 1956-57.

Allen ("George") is a graduate of Youngstown State University with both BS and BA Degrees. He has spent most of his adult life in the construction field, and presently is a journeyman carpenter working as a Fixture Foreman for the J.C. Penney Company.

Elizabeth reports her visits to Aunt Lillian and Uncle Art when a pre-schooler were so much fun she did not want to go home. She went next door and hid from her parents as they were leaving.

Also she liked her visits with various cousins in the summer or on holidays. She remembers Jane's doll collection and the Little Orley records. Aunt Mary Elizabeth taught her to ride a two wheel bike. Each time she was at their home she remembers taking a walk down to see the Barretts.

At the Bell Farm she remembers Ann had a neat little playroom under the eaves that was furnished with child size furniture. Then there was a sliding board where she caught her finger at the top. As she slid down the finger got caught at the top and that injury got her out of helping with the dishes for a while.
