Sarah (Sadie) Junkin (1857- )

E5 Sarah (Sadie) Junkin, was born in October, 1857 in Peru, Miami County, Indiana. She worked as a clerk in a Dry Goods at the age of 22. She married (1) William Minnick on October 28, 1875 but was divorced from him before 1880. William was born 12 January 1836 in Berlin,Somerset Co, PA to Conrad Minnick (original spelling: Meonch). William died 28 October 1889 in Cass Co, IN and is buried at the Venard Cemetery in Tipton Twp. He lived in Tipton Cass County Indiana.

She married (2) Samuel N. Pennel on September 8, 1887 in Cass County, Indiana. Samuel was born in 1840 in Ohio. His mother Racehel was born in Ohio and his father was born in Pennsylvania. Samuel married …….. and had one child Riley H. Pennel. Samuel was a grocer and a P.M. in New Waverly, Cass County, Indiana. He died at the age of 59.
