Scott Horine Scott Horine, 78, of 3657 North Drive, Wayne Lakes, died June 29 at Greenville. He was a former owner of Scotty's Tip Top Cafe in West Manchester. He was a Darke County native, a World War II Army veteran, a life member of the Greenville Moose Lodge and American Legion Post No. 685 of West Manchester. He is survived by his wife, Lola; one sister, Mrs. Mary Sleppy of Arcanum; nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were Saturday at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum, with burial in Otterbein Cemetery, Memorial contributions mat be made to Heartland of Greenville, Activities Fund.
