Richard A. Knost, age 84, of Columbus, Friday, Riverside Hospital. Retired from State of Ohio, Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Member of Worthington Senior Citizen Golf League. Preceded in death by brothers William and Carl. Survived by wife, Elizabeth (Betty); daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Robin Nicholson of Johnstown; grandchildren, Missy (Daryl) Williams of Centerburg, Lisa Schultze and fiancé, Ron Rhodes of Columbus; cherished great granddaughter, Ashleigh Elizabeth Williams; step-grandchildren, Chris Nicholson, Chuck (Missy) Nicholson; Shane Nicholson and Meagan Nicholson; brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Midge Knost of Worthington; sister-in-law, Ethel Knost of Columbus; several nieces and nephews.

Knost, brother Raymond Carter, 2 sisters Bertha Jones and Lillian Baird. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Robin Nicholson of Columbus; loving grandchildren, Melissa (Daryl) Williams, Lisa (Ron) Rhodes; step-grandchildren, Christopher (Heather) Nicholson, Charles (Melissa) Nicholson, Shane Nicholson and Meagan (Jamie) Skaggs; 6 loving great-granddaughters, Ashleigh and Emily Williams, Allie and Daelynn Skaggs, Rebecca Rhodes and Devyn Nicholson; brother-in-law, Ray (Mildred) Knost of Worthington; sister-in-law, Ethel Knost of Columbus; numerous nieces and nephews. Special thank you to all the caregivers of Woodside Village and St. Ann's Palliative Care Staff.
