E7 Isaac Miller, born 8 December, 1789, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Died August 1822 Darke? County, Ohio, married July 2, 1812, Montgomery County, Ohio, to E4 Elizabeth (Betsy) H. Miller, (his first cousin) born ca. 1793, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, died April 4, 1865, Big Grove Township, Johnson County, Iowa, daughter of David Miller and Magdelena Abigail Maugans.

David Ulrich was an elder in the Lower Stillwater Dunker district of the Miami Valley of Ohio, of which the Miller's were likely members.

John Miller of Miami County, Ohio filed suit in the July 1835 term of Montgomery County, Ohio, Chancery Court to sell a 40 acre tract of land in Perry Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, which his father Daniel had died possessed of. Among the 9 heirs is son Isaac Miller, late of Darke County, Ohio, deceased, leaving 5 children, to wit: Daniel Miller, Magdalena wife of Abraham Miller 2nd, Nancy Miller, David Miller 2nd and Elizabeth Miller, the last three being minors and residing in Elkhart County, Indiana. Chancery Court, Vol. D 1835-1837, p. 1.

Isaac is not listed in the 1820 census of Darke County, nor did he buy land in this county. A guardianship for the children was not filed in either Darke or Montgomery Counties.

Shortly after his death, Elizabeth married Valentine Fackler. They moved to Elkhart County, Indiana in the spring of 1831 and in 1836 or 1837 on to Linn County, Iowa and by 1840 to Big Grove Township, Johnson County, Iowa where she is buried in Fackler Grove Cemetery.
