D3 Daniel Miller, born 8 April, 1755, Frederick County, Maryland. Died 22 August, 1822, Preble County, Ohio. Buried at Sugar Hill Cemetery, Preble County, Ohio. He married in 1774 to Elizabeth Ulrich, born 1757, died September, 1834, in Montgomery County, Ohio. She was the daughter of Stephen Ulrich, Jr. and Elizabeth (?).

They probably married in Frederick County, Maryland, which became Washington County, Maryland in 1776. They lived there until about 1785, when he and his brother, David, moved to Morrison Cove, Woodberry Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. In early 1799, Daniel and his family, along with several other members of his family, traveled by raft down the Ohio River to join their father, Philip Jacob Miller, in Campbell County, Kentucky. Philip died that Fall and after his estate was settled in 1802, Daniel and several of his brothers and sisters moved to Clermont County, Ohio, where they established a German Baptist Church. A few years later, about 1805, some of them moved to Montgomery County, Ohio, where Daniel bought a farm and lived there until his death.
