Heart Attack Fatal to 'Boro Man Aged 33

SPRINGBORO--Delbert C. McClanahan, 33, of Springboro, mathematics teacher and assistant football coach in the Franklin school for the past five years, died suddenly of a heart attack while visiting his parents in West Union.

Services in West Union were held Monday afternoon. The body was removed to his home, Springboro where it remained until Tuesday at 2 p.m. when services were conducted in the Springboro Reform Church with the Rev. Jerome Schultz officiating.

His wife, Mrs. Gladys Wood McClanahan, a young son, Dennis, his parents and a brother Albert are the only survivors.

Burial was made in Springboro.
