SAMUEL C. BALDRIDGE, son of James A. and Mahala Baldridge, was born September 2, 1877, and died August 1, 1955. He married Phebe A. Gustin, July 9, 1900, and for almost 55 years they were together. They had four children: Mrs. Lina L. Hill, Mrs, Rena Bertram, Steele Baldridge, Delbert Baldridge, all of whom survive. Others survivors are: Four grandchildren, Eugene Hill, Dale Hill, Robert ande Sharon Baldridge, and two granddaughters, Dianne and Sandra Hill; one son-in-law, Anthony Bertram, two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Ruth Baldridge, and Mrs. Mildred Baldridge, two granddaughters by marriage, Mrs. Dorothy Hill and Mrs. Joyce Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Mr. Baldridge joined the Louisville M. E. Church at the age of 17 years.

F3 William Steele Baldridge, born December 4, 1908; married July 5, 1934 Ruth Scott.

G1 Robert Allen Baldridge, born July 9, 1937; married August 9, 1959 Reba Davis.
