I2 Frederick Tobias Main was born June 11, 1836 in Near Bolivar, Middletown District, Maryland, and died May 17, 1910 in Middletown District, Maryland. He married Mary Ann Shafer 1855, daughter of George Shafer and Elizabeth Remsburg. Mary Ann Shafer is buried Lutheran Cemetary, Middletown.
Frederick Tobias was an extensive grower of fruit. He manufactured cider and grape wine. Children of Frederick Main and Mary Shafer are:
