Beatrice Moody

Beatrice A. Moody, 92, died Friday of complications of a stroke at Cypress Gardens Convalescent Hospital in Riverside. Private family services are planned.

Pacific Family Funeral Home in Lake Elsinore is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Moody, who was born in Newark, New Jersey, lived in Wildomar three years. Previously she lived in Murrieta 15 years. She worked at the Long Beach Naval Shipyard for 22 years until she retired in 1972.

Mrs. Moody was a WAVE with the U. S. Navy during World War II.

She is survived by a daughter, Libby Fleming of Wildomar; a son, Bruce of Scappoose, Oregon; a grandchild, Travis Vaught of Houston; and a brother, Frank Preidis of Columbus, Ohio.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Lake Elsinore Animal Friends.
