Elizabeth Miller married a man named Miller sometime in late 1819-earty 1820. He must have died young, as she is listed in her parents' household in the 1830 Census of Cumberland Township, Adams County, with two female children: one born between 1825 and 1830, and one born between 1820 and 1825.
One of these daughters married John Keefauver ["Betsy Miller was the mother of a daughter who married a Keefauver"; "...died at the home of her son-in-law, John Keefauver, Mrs Elizabeth Miller..."]
Elizabeth Miller, her daughter Mary Miller, and her mother Meaddlena Miller are all listed in the John Keefauver household in the 1850 Census, Cumberland Township, Adams County, PA.
St. James Church records call her "Mrs. E. B. Miller" in the record of her burial.
