Died 23 December, 1938. She married John H. Cupp born 1861, died 1948. She was a small woman just 5 feet tall and kind of heavy. She had brown eyes and brown wavy hair. She was jovial and had a good sense of humor. She was a hard worker. She made quilts. She wanted to make one for each of her grandchildren, but became ill and her hands were numb. She had Pernicious Anemia. She lost three of her sons to death. Her son Albert drowned, at age 17. She had a nervous breakdown after his death. She was in a private hospital and did get well. She loved her family and was very protective of her daughter Iva. She died in Union City, Indiana. She is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Her husband was a brother to Emma Cupp.
