Ann was the daughter of daughter of Henry & Catharine (Baker) Warner. Five children.

Benjamin Miller married (2) May 2, 1862 in Marshall County, Indiana, Matilda Replogle, daughter of Daniel & Barbara (Penrod) Replogle Sr. born September 18, 1844 in Elkhart County, Indiana, died August 22, 1926 in Long Beach, California. Benjamin enlisted during the War Between the States. Benjamin and Matilda are buried in the Brethren Cemetery near Panora, Iowa. Nine children.
