Former Manchester Woman Dies Friday
Mrs. Fannie McMillan McCormick, 73, died Friday at her home in Cincinnati. She had been ill for some time and submitted to surgery in the early summer.
She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Spencer McMillan and spent her early life in West Union graduating from the local high school. She was married to Frank McCormick, of Manchester, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include a step-son, Rufus McCormick of Cincinnati; two brothers, S. F. McMillan of Alliance and W. L. McMillan of Huntington, West Virginia.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the William Lafferty Funeral Home and burial was in Manchester cemetery.
