page 36 Kate Unger Rites Conducted At PeruPERU, Ind., Sept. 8--Funeral rites for Mrs, Kate Newman Unger, 37, wife of Noel Unger, formerly of Peru, who died at her home in Cleveland Saturday after being in poor health and criticallly ill in the past two months, was conducted Monday at 10 o'clock from the Fetter-Allen mortuary. Rev. R. E. Tunmer officiated. Interment was made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
Surviving besides the husband are a daughter, Janice; the father, Samuel Newman, Peru; two brothers, Byron Newman, of Arizona and Neal Newman of Cleveland and two sisters, Mrs. Mike Birner, Peru and Mrs. Pauline Koontz, of Logansport.
