I6 John Acy Lewis Shrader, was born September 29, 1862 in Trigg County, Kentucky, and died November 12, 1899 in Stewart or Trigg County, Kentucky. He married Susan Hayes Hester November 17, 1884 in Stewart County, Tennessee, daughter of Benjamin Hester and Elizabeth Carter. She was born July 17, 1861 in Jordan Springs (District 4), Montgomery County, Tennessee, and died March 4, 1946 in Port Royal, Montgomery County, Tennessee.

According to Ida Deal, John Acy Lewis Shrader was listed as "Jake" in the 1880 Census, Long Hollow Voting pct #4. He died of Typhoid Fever in 1899. Several of the children contracted the fever also, but all survived John was buried in an unmarked Grave, Milas Bryant Grave Site, now Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.

Susan Hayes Hester's grandson, Howard Payne, provided her cemetery site, between the Wiliam Duane Smith and Robert and Ida Payne graves. An evergreen plant replaces the marker. She was living with her son-in-law and daughter, Willie and Annie Smith, at the time of her death.
