Bud was the son of of Clifford Allen Weeks and Ethel Marie Lentz. Bud graduated from the University of Dayton 1953. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a minor in Business Organization. Bud's first wife was Betty Eileen Custenborder. Bud and Betty had three children, Melanie, Bill and DeeDee.
