Graduated from Greenville High School, and Butler University, Indianapolis. Taught elementary school for 31 years. Married 10 August, 1947, to Lowell Garland Brodrick, born 13 April, 1927, in Darke County, Ohio. Graduated from Greenville High School. Served in the Army Air Corps in 1945 and 1946. Graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1952. Worked for P.R. Mallory as an electrical ungineer for 31 years. Lived in Hamilton County, Ohio when Lowell was attending the University of Cincinnati, moved to Indianapolis after he graduated in 1962. Moved to Frankfort, Indiana when Lowell transferred. Janis retired in 1989, Lowell in 1982.
